Dropped off a damaged MacBook Air with no idea why it wouldn't turn on. John was very professional and was very responsive with all my queries and questions. He took a look at the damage before informing me what the issue was. On inspection he informed me there was internal water damage and would be able to fix it at a fair price, again excellent value, including the diagnosis. Laptop is working better than ever.
