MacBook screen replacement

Cracked, flickering or dead MacBook displays. Both Air and Pro models, all sizes.

What’s involved

A MacBook screen replacement covers the full display assembly: the LCD or Retina panel, the lid casing, the camera, the antenna, and the display cable. Replacing just the glass on a MacBook isn’t possible the way it is on an iPhone — the screen is part of an integrated assembly.

We carry parts for all current MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models, and source older parts within 24 to 48 hours.

How we quote

We don’t publish a fixed price for MacBook screen replacement. Apple parts pricing moves, and the right outcome varies by model and what we find inside. Phone us with your model and we’ll give you a ballpark on the call. If the fault isn’t obvious, the £75 diagnostic fee covers a proper assessment, then we provide a written quote before any work starts. The £75 is deducted from any repair you proceed with.

Turnaround

Same day to 48 hours when the part is in stock. 3 to 5 days if we need to source a less common assembly.

What you get

  • Genuine Apple display assembly where available
  • Calibration after installation
  • Full diagnostic to confirm no related issues (cable, GPU, backlight) before returning
  • 90 day warranty on parts and labour

When this isn’t the right fix

If the underlying fault is a damaged display cable (often seen on certain MacBook Pro models with a known “flexgate” issue), replacing just the cable is significantly cheaper. We diagnose which it is before committing to a full screen replacement.
